Material / Paper Stock We Use

The board you choose decides how your box feels, how much weight it carries, and how well your print shows. We offer four core stocks, each available from 10pt to 28pt.

Cardstock

A smooth, rigid paperboard ideal for lightweight retail products such as cosmetics, soaps, candles, and accessories. Its bright, even surface gives sharp, vibrant print results, making it the go-to choice for shelf-ready packaging.

Bux Board

A dense, multi-ply board with a clean white surface and strong folding resistance. It holds its shape well, which makes it a popular choice for premium retail boxes, sleeves, and display packaging that need a crisp, structured look.

Eco-Friendly Kraft

Made from unbleached wood pulp, Kraft has a natural brown finish and a rustic, earthy feel. It’s tear-resistant, recyclable, and biodegradable, perfect for organic, handmade, food, and sustainability-focused brands.

E-flute Corrugated

A thin fluted layer sandwiched between two liners gives E-flute excellent crush resistance while keeping walls slim enough for high-quality printing. It’s the right choice for mailer boxes, subscription boxes, e-commerce shipping, and heavier or fragile products.

Printing Methods

We match the printing method to your quantity, artwork, and budget so you get the best result without overspending.

Offset Printing

Our standard for medium to large runs. Offset delivers rich, consistent color, fine detail, and the lowest cost per unit as volumes grow. Ideal for detailed artwork, photography, and brand-critical colors.

Digital Printing

Best for short runs, prototypes, and orders with multiple designs or versions. No plates are required, so setup is faster and small quantities stay affordable, which is exactly why we can offer no minimum order.

Flexographic Printing

A fast, economical option for corrugated shipping boxes with simpler designs such as logos, text, and solid colors. Well suited to large volumes of outer cartons and mailers.

Unprinted / Plain Boxes

Prefer a minimal look or plan to use stickers, stamps, or labels? Choose plain Kraft or white boxes with no printing at all.

Inside & Outside Printing

Turn the unboxing moment into a brand experience by printing on the inside of the box as well as the outside, with a pattern, a thank-you message, or product instructions.

Inks

The ink system you choose determines how accurately your brand colors come to life.

CMYK (Four-Color Process)

Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black combine to reproduce full-color artwork, gradients, and photographs. It’s the most versatile and cost-effective option for colorful designs.

PMS (Pantone Matching System)

Pre-mixed spot inks matched to an exact Pantone reference. Use PMS when a logo or brand color must look identical across every box, every order, and every print run. We offer:

  • CMYK + 1 PMS Color: Full-color artwork plus one exact brand color.
  • CMYK + 2 PMS Colors: Full-color artwork plus two exact brand colors.

Eco-Friendly Inks

Soy-based and water-based inks are available for brands that want a lower environmental impact. They print cleanly, especially on Kraft, and support easier recycling.

Metallic & Specialty Inks

Metallic gold, silver, and other special inks add a distinctive touch without the cost of foil stamping.

Tip: Screens and home printers display color differently from printed board. For brand-critical colors, we recommend supplying Pantone references or requesting a physical sample before full production.

Finishing

Finishing protects the printed surface and gives your box its final look and feel.

Gloss Lamination

A shiny film that makes colors pop and adds strong resistance to moisture, scuffs, and fingerprints.

Matte Lamination

A smooth, non-reflective film with a soft, sophisticated feel, popular for luxury and minimalist brands.

Gloss AQ (Aqueous Coating)

A water-based coating that adds light shine and protection at an economical price. Fast-drying and eco-friendly.

Gloss UV

A high-shine coating cured with ultraviolet light for a vivid, wet-look finish and a hard-wearing surface.

Matte UV

A UV-cured coating with a flat, velvety finish that protects the print while keeping the look understated.

Spot UV

Glossy UV applied only to selected areas, such as a logo or pattern, creating striking contrast against a matte background.

Embossing / Debossing

Raises (embossing) or presses (debossing) parts of the design into the board for a tactile, premium effect customers can feel.

Foiling

Metallic or holographic foil in gold, silver, rose gold, copper, and more, applied to logos and text for an instantly upscale finish.
