Return & Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Packaging Destiny, we take pride in delivering top-quality, tailor-made packaging solutions designed specifically for your brand. Because each order is custom, our policies are structured to ensure fairness and clarity while protecting both our customers and our team.


All Custom Orders Are Final

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all orders are considered final. Refunds or credits are not provided except in cases where a confirmed error occurred on our part. If we verify a mistake, we will re-produce the order at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Orders can be canceled at certain stages of production, though cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation Guidelines:

  • Stage 1 – Before Design Work: Cancel before your order enters the design process. A nominal fee of $15 plus 5% of your total order will apply to cover initial processing and design setup.

  • Stage 2 – During Design Work: Cancellations at this stage will incur a minimum 20% fee of the total order to cover design labor.

  • Stage 3 – Printing Stage: Once an order is sent to production, cancellation may be attempted, but if successful, a minimum 50% of the total order amount will be charged to cover materials and production costs.

  • Stage 4 – After Shipment: Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Important: Design service fees are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We aim for perfection, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please follow these steps:

  • Reporting: Notify Packaging Destiny within 3 business days of receiving your order. Claims made after this window will not be accepted.

  • Returns: To receive a replacement, return at least 99% of the received items at your own cost within 10 days of delivery. Authorization from Packaging Destiny is required before returning any products.

For Shipping Damage:
Inspect all packages upon delivery. If any damage or missing items are found, report it immediately to both Packaging Destiny and the shipping courier. Claims filed beyond 3 business days from delivery are not eligible.


Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that fees for expedited production, rush printing, or fast shipping cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


Artwork Approval & Printing Standards

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork and specifications before production. Packaging Destiny is not liable for errors caused by:

  • Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes.

  • Incorrect graphics placement, orientation, or fonts.

  • Misaligned die cuts, folds, or slits.

  • Incorrect product dimensions.

Color Accuracy: Our prints are guaranteed to match your approved proof within 90%. For 100% color accuracy, a hardcopy proof is required for an additional charge. Screen proofs may not represent exact color or ink density.
