Packaging Destiny
At Packaging Destiny, all products are manufactured to order based on customer-approved specifications. Because our packaging solutions are custom-designed and produced exclusively for each client, special conditions apply to refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy
All custom packaging orders are final sale. Once an order is approved and placed into production, it cannot be returned or refunded except in cases where an error has been confirmed on our part.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect information provided by the customer

- Artwork or specifications approved by the customer

- Color variation within industry-accepted tolerances
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not progressed beyond certain stages. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Cancellation Stages

- Stage 1 – Before Design Processing
Orders canceled before entering the design workflow are subject to a $15 administrative fee plus 5% of the order value to cover transaction and setup costs.

If design work has started, a minimum 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover design and labor costs.

Once the order is sent to production, cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation is approved, a minimum 50% charge of the total order value will apply.

Orders that have been shipped or collected by the courier cannot be canceled.
Design services are non-refundable once initiated.
Sample Policy
Any samples provided by the Company are not considered free of charge. When samples are offered as “free,” this benefit is contingent upon the customer proceeding with a full production order.
If the customer chooses not to move forward with the full order for any reason after samples have been produced, the Company reserves the right to deduct the applicable sample production costs, along with a $50 administrative fee to cover payment processing, transaction, and handling expenses, from any deposit or advance payment made by the customer prior to issuing a refund.
By placing an order and requesting samples, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved specifications, you must notify Packaging Destiny within 3 business days of delivery.
Claim Requirements

- Email us with clear photos/videos showing the issue

- Provide proof of delivery and order number

- Claims submitted after 3 business days will not be accepted
Replacements
If the issue is verified as our error:

- Reproduction may incure additional charges.

- Refunds are not issued; replacement is the sole remedy
To qualify for a reprint:

- At least 99% of the received products must be returned

- Return must be made within 10 days of delivery

- Prior written authorization is required

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Shipping Damage Responsibility
Customers must inspect shipments before accepting delivery. Any visible damage or missing cartons must be reported immediately to:

Failure to report shipping damage within 3 business days will void any replacement claim.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in cases where:

- The product is defective
-
- The issue is caused by our production error
Exchanges are limited to replacements of the same item and specifications. No exchanges are offered for revised designs, sizes, or materials.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Once a refund has been approved and initiated, please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to be credited back to the original payment method. Actual processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

- Rush printing or expedited production

- Express or expedited shipping

- Design and artwork services
-
- Setup, tooling, or plate charges
Artwork Approval & Printing Standards
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork and job specifications prior to production.
Packaging Destiny is not liable for errors resulting from:

- Misspellings, grammar, or punctuation errors
-
- Incorrect fonts, graphics placement, or orientation
-
- Incorrect dimensions or dieline selections
-
- Fold, slit, or die-cut inaccuracies approved by the customer
Color Accuracy
We guarantee color output within 90% of the approved digital proof.
For exact color matching, a hardcopy proof must be ordered separately. Screen proofs may vary due to monitor calibration and lighting conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Packaging Destiny’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the product ordered. We are not responsible for:

- Indirect or consequential losses

- Business interruptions
-
- Lost profits or delays caused by third-party couriers
