Overview

All products at Packaging Destiny are manufactured to order based on your approved specifications. Because every order is custom-produced exclusively for you, the following policy governs all refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please read this policy in full before placing your order.

  1. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy
    All custom packaging orders are final sale. Once an order is approved and placed into production, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless a verified manufacturing error on our part has occurred.

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be issued for:
• Change of mind after order approval
• Incorrect information submitted by the customer (dimensions, colors, text)
• Artwork or specifications that were reviewed and approved by the customer
• Minor color variations within industry-accepted tolerances (we guarantee output within 90% of the approved digital proof)

  1. Order Cancellations
    Cancellations are only possible before certain stages of production. The applicable fee depends on how far your order has progressed at the time of the cancellation request. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Stage 1 | Before design processing begins | $15 admin fee + 5% of order value
Stage 2 | Design work in progress | Minimum 20% of order value
Stage 3 | Sent to production / printing | Minimum 50% of order value
Stage 4 | Shipped or courier collected | Cannot be canceled — no refund

Important
Design services are non-refundable once initiated, regardless of the cancellation stage. Please ensure all order details are correct before approving artwork.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications you approved, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

To file a claim, please provide:
• Clear photos and/or video clearly showing the issue
• Your order number and proof of delivery
• A written description of the discrepancy

How we resolve verified manufacturing errors:
If the issue is confirmed as our production error, we will arrange a replacement reprint. Please note:
• Reproductions may incur additional charges in some cases
• Refunds are not issued — replacement is the sole available remedy
• At least 99% of the received products must be returned within 10 days of delivery
• Prior written authorization from Packaging Destiny is required before returning any items
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  1. Shipping Damage Responsibility
    Customers must inspect all shipments at the point of delivery, before signing for or accepting the package. If you notice visible damage or missing cartons upon delivery, you must report this immediately to:
    • The delivery courier or driver — refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt
    • Packaging Destiny — contact us at sales@packagingdestiny.com within 3 business days

Important
Failure to report shipping damage within 3 business days of delivery will void any replacement or claim eligibility. Packaging Destiny is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or delays caused by third-party couriers.

  1. Exchanges
    Exchanges are only offered in the following circumstances:
    • The product received is defective due to a manufacturing fault
    • The product does not match the specifications approved by the customer due to our error

All exchanges are limited to a replacement of the exact same item and specifications. We do not offer exchanges for revised designs, updated sizes, different materials, or changed quantities.

  1. Non-Refundable Charges
    The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
    • Rush printing and expedited production fees
    • Express or expedited shipping charges
    • Design and artwork services (once initiated)
    • Setup, tooling, and plate charges
  2. Artwork Approval & Printing Standards
    Customers bear full responsibility for reviewing and approving all final artwork, dielines, and job specifications before production begins. Once approval is given, Packaging Destiny proceeds in good faith and cannot be held liable for errors in approved files.

We are not liable for errors resulting from:
• Misspellings, grammatical errors, or incorrect punctuation in submitted files
• Incorrect font usage, graphic placement, or orientation
• Incorrect dimensions or dieline selections chosen by the customer
• Fold, slit, or die-cut inaccuracies that were present in the approved artwork

Color Accuracy:
We guarantee color output within 90% of the approved digital proof. Screen proofs may vary due to monitor calibration and environmental lighting. For exact Pantone or brand color matching, a hardcopy proof must be ordered separately prior to full production.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Packaging Destiny’s total liability is strictly limited to the dollar value of the product ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
